  • Course Overview
    The UG Programme focuses on the three key areas in the field of Commerce.
    B.Com – Accounting, Marketing and Finance
    The followings topics are covered throughout the course:

    Business Law
    Economic Analysis
    Banking Theory Law & Practices
    Computer Applications in Business
    Company Law & Secretarial Practice
    Corporate Accounting
    Financial and Investment Management

    The program reflects the rapid changes in the syllabus to meet the demands of the industry.
  • Course Breakup
    I year:
    In the first year, the students are enabled to acquire the basic principles of Accountancy, Economics, management and business. It provides them a solid foundation for their knowledge accumulation and expansion.
    II year
    In the second year, the students are taught the fundamentals of computer, mathematics, statistics and corporate accounting. Special focus is placed on the improvement of the communication skills of the students.
    III year
    In the third year, the students learn the preparation of the final accounts of the banking and insurance companies. They also learn the basic principles of income tax and investment management. In the final semester, they undertake project work relating to commerce under the Supervision of the individual staff members.
