| CONVOCATION (GRADUATION DAY CEREMONY) |
| The 3rd Graduation Day (Convocation) of our College is scheduled to be conducted on 31.07.2010 (Saturday) in our College campus at 11.00 a.m. The Graduates who are willing to get their Degree Certificates in person in the Convocation are requested to indicate their willingness in the format attached herewith on or before 29.07.2010 without fail. Confirm your participation through Phone / Mobile / e-mail. Mention your name and course.
Convocation gowns will be available in the College on the day of convocation against a deposit of Rupees 200 /- (refundable) and hire payment of Rupees 30/- from the gown dealers.
All the Graduates will be provided lunch. A Graduate can bring two guests along with him / her and an amount of Rupees 50 /- per head may be paid for lunch. The amount may be sent through DD, to be drawn in favour of “The Principal, RVS College of Arts and Science, payable at Coimbatore.
It is informed that no Graduate will be allowed into the Convocation venue after 10.30 a.m. Late entrants will not be permitted under any circumstance.
