A historical MOU between University of Leicester, U.K and RVS College of Arts and Science, Sulur was reached and signed on 12.09.08.  As a part of student exchange programme a team of the undergraduate computer science students of RVSCAS led by Mr. Vishnu Swaminathan, Director of Special Project and Prof. D. Francis Xavier Christopher, Director, school of Computer Studies, visited Leicester University (U.K) and attended a programme related to information technology from 08.08.08 to 13.09.08.  The MOU has triggered the starting of a one year M.S course study on Information Technology for the year 2008-09 under an exchange programme.  By virtue of its content and quality RVSCAS has attracted students at global level.  The cross section of RVSCAS student community proudly exhibits a large contingent of students from Bhutan, in addition to representations from Nepal, Srilanka, Yeman and Oman.

RVS Group and Spartans Training Academy have signed an MoU to implement a project for the development and employment of rural youth in Tamilnadu.This initiative originates from the Ministry of Rural Development(MORD) joining hands with IGNOU and NIS Sparta. Rural youth who have finished high school, ITI, graduation or post graduation will be greatly benefitted by this initiative. RVS Group will provide the platform where this grand project will be implemented.
