The UG programme focuses on three key areas in the field of Nutrition & Dietetics:
Students learn the basics of Nutrition through papers like Human Physiology and Food Science which will enable them have a sound foundation.
The second year focuses on enhancing their knowledge on the role of nutrition for different age groups, therapeutic conditions and fitness. Students gain knowledge on the Digital Strategies in Nutrition. They also acquire knowledge in food processing through Post Harvest Technology.
To provide insights into the various areas of food processing industry, New product Formulation, Food Quality Control, Food Safety and Food Preservation courses are focused in the final year. They also gain knowledge on the role of nutrition in community health.
